HAJI NOOR-UL-ISLAM versus STATE
Section 221, 265C and 265D Control of the Narcotic Substances Act (XXV of 1997), Section 9 (C) and 15 Charges made by applicants / accused, in review, for non-submission of required copies of documents. The question was asked in the charge sheet. The trial court held that the required copies of the documents required under Section 65CC, CCPC, were not provided to the accused and that the same should have been compiled in the presence of the lawyer for the applicant / accused's record. Copies were provided to the applicant on 14 12. During 2002, when the charge sheet was compiled on 26 3 2004, no petition was moved by the applicant before the trial court stating that it did not provide the required copies. The RPC did not provide this charge against the accused. Only to be framed in the presence of the lawyer of the accused and filed to prosecute in this case, he was dismissed
