One hundred and twenty-five grams of heroin was recovered from the accused by the police party on the spot from the Narcotic Sub-Metal Act (XVV of 1997), Section 9 (B) and 51 bail. The Substances Act, 1997, bail will not be generally granted unless the court's opinion is that there is a valid case for the grant of bail and against sufficient security, the amount of heroin recovered from the accused.
