PAKISTAN DEFENCE OFFICERS HOUSING AUTHORITY, KARACHI versus SHAMIM KHAN THROUGH L. RS.
Article 17 (h) by-laws of Pakistan Defense Officers Housing Society, by-law No. 7 and 8 persons, while residential officers were allotted on depot with Defense Officers Cooperative Housing Society. The society was dissolved and replaced by the Defense Defense Officers Housing Authority and the said person was canceled by the plot's allotment authority for inability to become a member of the society. Such power, rather than society, was limited to the allotment that was violated by the Society's Official 17 (H) Officers' Housing Authority Order, 1980 by-laws of the Society. That allotments and transfers made by the Executive Board of the Residential, Commercial or any other plots before the dissolution of the Society shall be considered, however, such allotments may be canceled.
