O XXVI, R 6 Reviewing Prerequisites The filing of a review request by another advocate was not automatically heard and subject to various conditions, except for special leave of the Supreme Court. In addition, any request for review cannot be entertained unless it has been prepared by it. Advocate, who appeared at the hearing of the case, demanding a review decision or order, who did not submit the review petition to the solicitor at the hearing of the appeal, therefore, did not submit the review request. However, the Supreme Court softly denied the provisions of Article 6 of the Supreme Court Rules, 1980, the Appellant had no case related to the law and facts and the appeal was dismissed.
