The ordinance, 1979, is valid and the unchallenged female accusation, though not attaining the age of 16, she attained puberty, and for this reason, she continued to be an FIR until the age of 16. Can't be forced to live with. The cases against the accused were dismissed and accordingly the constitutional petition was accepted.
