The contention of validity is that under the Rule 6A of the West Pakistan Board of Revenue Rules 1968, the remand could not be obtained by the Assistant Assistant Commissioner as all orders were approved by donkeys under the orders of the Stunt Commissioner and Additional Commissioner Member of the Board of Revenue. Were confessed to confessing to the Revenue Officer's remand, confessing that there was no illegal, malicious or arbitrary outcome that no one was condemned to hear.
