The court confessed that the witnesses belonged to the victim and to the complainant and that they had shown strange conduct as they learned of the murder of the victim and allowed the accused to go with him. Granted, the two legally passed on to the legal heirs of the deceased. The said witnesses are related to the deceased as well as the complainant and there is no other contentious evidence to prove their truth.
