Was found innocent. The order was upheld by the High Court. No offense was recovered from the accused. Now the prosecution had accused the accused of reducing the crime and added section 109, PPC to the case under which seven accused were acquitted. The action was initiated under CRPC / 88/8888 years later. The accused were released on bail in the incident
