Article 15 (3) and 16 of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act (XVII of 1967), Section 45 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Amendment of the Constitution Petition, exclusion of exclusion of revenue in a valid allotment in the record. The controversial allotment was made in RL 11 on 13 8 1965 and it was the applicant's final complaint that the authorities mistakenly put this allotment aside on 31 10 1998, as it too had a revenue record. I was not included.
