Article 42 and Constitution 54 The Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) disputes between the parties in respect of customs enforcement was in relation to the variation of inheritance while the plaintiff claimed that the deceased was run by Muslim Personal Law. The defendants have contended that there was a government of the deceased. Under customs, the trial court dismissed the case, but the appellate court allowed the appeal and the decision of the case was decided by the appellate court, which was upheld by the high court.
