AHMAD NAWAZ versus THE STATE
Section 302/34 Judicial Justice System Ordinance (2000 of XXI), Sections 4 and 7 Criminal Procedure Code (V 1898), Section 439 Review Trial Court dismisses the accused's request for trial under the Juvenile Justice System Ordinance.
