MUHAMMAD YOUSUF versus THE STATE
Section 9 (c) Definition of Evidence 5 Only one of the prosecution's witnesses was privately independent and did not support the prosecution's case. The statements of other prosecution witnesses are contradictory. The incident took place and the case was registered, the matter was investigated and it was said that the police officer could not submit any letter from the competent authority to show that the investigation was done by the police station concerned. The investigation was carried out by an officer, not authorized by law, although section 156 (2) would not have failed the trial under CCPC, but in this case I was shown no interest by the complaining police officer, who clearly indicated that he had been investigated with intent. Oh.
