Section 15 (1) of the Pakistan Rangers (Talent, Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1967, R4 Service Tribunals Act (LXX of 1973), reduction of Section 4 and Service Appellant as last time `Lance Nike working. The working post was reduced and the appellant was dismissed from the job after allegations that the Deputy Superintendent Rangers had raided the home of a citizen, including the appellant, along with his subordinates, the appeal. All the accused, including the driver, were examined in court inquiry, where they all denied raiding. But the Court of Inquiry held that the appellant had deliberately made a false statement before the court and recommended strict disciplinary action against him, nor had he been examined by the Deputy Superintendent of Rangers. The man's house was allegedly raided, the court was called before the inquiry.
