The suit for simultaneous claim of land ownership and permanent injunction under sections 42 and 54 54 was dismissed simultaneously. The plaintiff's argument was that she was the daughter of the original owner of the land that belonged to the Shiite cult, therefore, she was the sole legal heir of the land's suit filed by the plaintiff but she did not appear to support her supporters. It was alleged that her mother had accused the plaintiff's Shia profession husband, who admitted to prosecution of her that she belonged to the Sunni profession and revealed the change in the heritage of the plaintiff's other persons.
