Section 7A (1) (4) Employees of the Pakistan Army Act (XXXIX of 1952), Section 2 and 5 Service Tribunals Act (LXX of 1973), Section 4 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) of the Airport Security Force. Compulsory retirement was excluded by such employee from the service tribunal's appeal for invalidity of jurisdiction. In connection with orders such as the Service Tribunal, which was challenged in an appeal approved by an airport security force officer authorized under the Pak Army Act 1952, the service tribunal rightly rejected the appeal as invalid of jurisdiction. Was dismissed, the Supreme Court dismissed the petition and dismissed the appeal.
