Section 6 (2) (c) of the Punjab Local Government (Amendment) Act (First of 1996) has been amended: 137 and 144 Punjab District Council (Export Tax) Rules, 1990, Rule 3 (1) and 5 Constitution of Pakistan ( 1973), Article 185 (3) Collection of Export Taxes (Goods Exit Tax) was a dispute between the District Council, the parties regarding the collection of export tax by the District Council, exporters said. The goods filed were from the municipality's High Court, while granting a constitutional request filed by the exporters, which declared that export tax could not be received by the district council.
