MUHAMMAD NAWAZ versus THE STATE
Section 11 Criminal Code of Conduct (v. 1898), Section 491 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) were granted leave of appeal by the Supreme Court to consider that as a whole in the petition of Habitat Corporation. The action taken is in accordance with the facts and the High Court had directed the kidnapper to remain in the Darul Aman, but the order of the Board of Doctors to examine his age was suspended, the High Court said. The order to approve the pre-arrest security bail for the accused was recalled and further proceedings were filed on the Habitat Corps request and dismissed. Luck requests were withheld until the final appeal decision
