Section 497 (2) Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 379/337 J / 109/411 bail, FIR grant in connection with the incident was registered against a person and the accused found innocent in the investigation. Went and reported their departure. A case was prepared for the case, but the Algerian Magistrate disagreed with the report. Police allege that he was found innocent and the report was prepared as a result of his exit from the case. The IR was registered, in this case he was arrested, and the money involved was recovered from the aforesaid persons, another under investigation of his crime under subsection (2) of section 49/7 of the case. Matter was made, CCP accused were first, non-criminals were given bail, in these situations
