And a good school was taught in the Guardian Court. The father's request was dismissed, but the appellate court allowed the appeal and the application was accepted. Waldetti's minors were well-kept and their study was well-observed that the appellate court mistakenly considered that as a mother, she could not care for minors. The appellate court did not praise. Failure to consider the evidence presented by the parties in the proper context and the welfare of minors at such a stage would result in the destruction of the existing custody and would lead to disastrous study by the Appellate Court. The approved order was set aside. The Guardian Court was reinstated and accordingly the petition was allowed
