Failure to consider the evidence presented by the parties in the proper context and the welfare of minors at such a stage would result in the destruction of the existing custody and would lead to disastrous study by the Appellate Court. The approved order was set aside. The Guardian Court was reinstated and accordingly the petition was allowed
