Section 4 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 1212 (3) Non-compulsory retirement from employment The unemployed worker was not late to the inquiry officer The government employee was late and absent and during the departmental inquiry, the civil servant did not appear before the inquiry officer. And the government employee who entered the hearing only after the warning was dismissed on numerous occasions and subsequently the outcome of the litigation by the inquiry officer was accepted unanimously by the authorities and the service tribunal. Its endorsement did not guarantee any interference. Appeal denied
