Articles 70 and 71 of the Special Relief Act (of 1877), Section 12 suit for the specific performance of the contract to sell the oral contract to the sale, the plaintiff's plaintiff did not state that the defendants' appellants had sold Plaintiff's witnesses, who had made the contract or made any payments to them, failed to tell the plaintiff's witnesses the date or year in which the parties contracted the sale, and even the plaintiff in his favor. Had not nominated, then the plaintiff was under testimony of the agreement to sell the defendant. The heavy burden of proving the truth of the oral contract of sale between the parties, which they could not establish through a reliable ocular or documentary account, was based on the incorrect conclusions of the courts' conclusions, and not on false statements and evidence. The appeal was read and the judgment of both the courts up and down was set aside and the case was dismissed with costs.
