S42 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), section 115, was the jurisdiction to amend the High Court Scope Plaintiff raised by the plaintiff under the wrong reading and non-reading of evidence by the two courts. A receipt was also given, through which a payment of Rs. 60000 was made. , Other discoveries that changed the defendants by both the courts below were the result of the misrepresentation of the valuable document as well as the oral evidence presented by the defendants while recording the results against the defendants as such. These results were not sustained. Disregarding the prescribed rules of law, the courts committed below are illegal and subject to misconduct, therefore, the misconduct by the two courts was the result of misunderstanding and non-reading of the evidence which led to the High Court Decisions and orders were dismissed and the case was dismissed.
