The Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) provides for the determination of restitution allowance, suit for payment of arrears for the past and future restitution of minors by the Family Court against the parents of minors. And was an order passed by the Family Court. In the past the period of restoration has been retained by the appellate court with certain amendments and the constitutional application against both decisions and decrees was dealt with, in light of the arrangements reached by the parties for payment of the previous restitution. This decision was dealt with. After agreeing to accept and pay for such arrangements as the High Court has given in its decision to pay restitution arrears, the father of the minor will be questioned on account of instability. Could not do it again. Court refuses to interfere in High Court's order granting leave to appeal
