MUHAMMAD NAEEM versus U.B.L.
Section 4 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 1212 (3) ratified the time restriction, demanded termination of dismissal in a limited period of time was approved in 1997, and before the service tribunal was filed in the year 2000. The appeal was dismissed within the appeal range. On the issue of the government employee's handling of this restriction, the appeal before the service tribunal was in the nature of the first appeal and should not be excluded to the same extent. The Service Tribunal can exclude appeals to the limit where it has time restrictions on its face, no law is prohibited and controversial questions of law and facts are excluded, in view of any government employee-approved Supreme Court decisions.
