MUHAMMAD NAEEM versus U.B.L.

Section 4 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 1212 (3) ratified the time restriction, demanded termination of dismissal in a limited period of time was approved in 1997, and before the service tribunal was filed in the year 2000.
