The father of the respondents, under constitutional jurisdiction, could not have been allotted to the High Court, which rejected the orders passed by the authorities and the respondent had seized the land from 1978 onwards. He was farming freely. Defendant was allotted the land on his own in 1978, and he, being a big man at the time, did not depend on his father from appealing the High Court's writ petition in favor of the defendant. Was denied.
