AFSAR KHAN versus GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJAB
The applicants of Section 14 Law Reform Ordinance (XII of 1972), Section 3 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Intra-Court Appeal, Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1908, were filed by the applicants instead of filing the intra-court appeal. The petition for leave to appeal the applicants was to allow them to file intra-court appeals and to give them the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1908, on the issue of retaining their validity either by the Supreme Court Otherwise the intra-court refused to file an appeal. Before the High Court and it shall be that the High Court may examine this aspect of the case without any observation and prejudice to any of the parties. Allowed If proceedings were initiated, the Supreme Court allowed the other party to conduct the same competition on all legal and factual aircraft, as the petition was withdrawn and dismissed.
