The final position was obtained in the present appeal in the light of the principle of equal treatment to public servants, the service tribunal was similarly benefited by the service tribunal, finding that government employees would benefit from the decision that was made earlier. Was in the judgment of The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal without discrimination
