PUNJAB BOARD OF REVENUE, EMPLOYEES COOPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY LIMITED versus ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE, LAHORE
A. VIII, R11 Limitation Act (IX of 1908), Section 5 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Failure to submit affidavit of evidence denied by trial, leave of appeal The petition was filed and the VIII, application filed under R11, was upheld by the trial court through the trial court filed by the CPC defendant, the same way the high court had applied for the petitioner. The reason for the delay was also because the lawyer advised him not to file the petition as the interest of the applicant has been protected by the High Court. The applicant failed to include the affidavit of the lawyer, who allegedly informed the applicant that the application was not required to be filed or the progress had been made because of this. The decisions taken by the courts below were absolutely valid according to the law. The leave to appeal was denied.
