Identifying irregularities in bank appointments and other matters related to the bank administration which angered the president and the termination of his service had been set aside by the service tribunal and re-employed the employee. Was reinstated and the bead's prejudice was reviewed which was removed from the record, the Supreme Court refused to take any exception to the matter raised by the service tribunal. The appeal was denied on leave
