BEGUM HAFIZUNNISA QURESHI versus SHAIKH MUHAMMAD HUSSAIN
Section Tr Trusts Act (II of 1882), section 6 provides for private trusts and special trusts, namely those who are capable of detecting known persons or persons in the public trust, or they are the general public. No section of the Department is unable to ascertain Section 92 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) and 199 of the suit seeking public leave to appeal the constitutional petition and leave of the Supreme Court. The issue, in which it was observed that the dispute should be raised should be a matter of fact. It should be decided, therefore, that appropriate competencies should be prosecuted, observations for decisions on the points raised in the constitutional application, will not be able to sustain the issue, if that is not the case.
