The pre-arrest application grant was dismissed by the accused and the defendant was denied any new ground in support of the grant of a bail application. The co-accused was armed with a hatchet and slowly the co-accused hit a leg on the injured leg, resulting in a serious injury to his leg and the suspect threw a hatchet from his shoulder to the leg. As a result the injured leg was broken, the co-accused went the other way. The other injured the head while the accused gave another blow to the head of the injured woman's wife and both husband and wife were critically injured. The co-accused then attacked the injured persons with a number of wounds which he then charged , Were eligible under eligibility, granted bail; their previous request for bail was dismissed and their second bail application was dismissed.
