Article 282 (18) (23) of the Contract Act (IX of 1872), Section 23 of the Pakistan (1973), Article 199 of the Advertising Policy, 1999 based on a compromise between licensees and cantonments to the unauthorized board of 60 \ x 20 of Allows to stand. The Board cannot be allowed to deviate from its policy when a constitutional application is allowed, in which case only a maximum of 20 \ x 40 boards is allowed \ such agreement to revoke such policy. No permission will be allowed nor can it be imposed. To the extent that deviation of the supply of any law is contrary to the public policy under section 23 of the Contract Act, 1872, it may be struck down by the court.
