Article 282 (18) (23) of the Contract Act (IX of 1872), Section 23 of the Pakistan (1973), Article 199 of the Advertising Policy, 1999 based on a compromise between licensees and cantonments to the unauthorized board of 60 \ x 20 of Allows to stand. The Board cannot be allowed to deviate from its policy when a constitutional application is allowed, in which case only a maximum of 20 \ x 40 boards is allowed \ such agreement to revoke such policy. No permission will be allowed nor can it be imposed.
