Dismissed, the public servant preferred the departmental appeal / representation which was sent under the postal cover. The appellate authority did not consider this appeal in any way or for these reasons it was not placed before the appellate authority because it was better known. Prior to the approval of the termination orders of the employees, personal hearing was not provided. Prior to the service tribunal's approval, the authenticity of the postal certificate and its truth were not challenged. Neither was they questioned, the suspension order was set aside and the case was. The authorities were not given the opportunity of a personal hearing prior to the approval of the dismissal order for a public service before the decision on remand, such an order would be nullified, the service tribunal properly allowed appeal. And properly argued for the suspension order approved by the Service Tribunal. And based on the law enacted by the Supreme Court, no misreading or reading of the material available on the record was found. The question of the importance of the general public was not included in the matter. The appeal was denied
