Section 497 West Pakistan Arms Ordinance (XX of 1965), Sections 8, 9 and 13A (2) (as added by the Pakistan Arms (Amendment) Ordinance (XLI of 1997)) guarantee, recovery of firearms without a firearm. The accused was allowed under Section 13A (2) of the West Pakistan Arms Ordinance, 1965, under which, punishment for holding a firearm without license was in violation of sections 8 and 9 of the West Pakistan Arms Ordinance, 1965. Or was sentenced to severe imprisonment for someone. The arrest, which was not less than 7 years old since the arrest of 7 years 2002, was in custody till that time, and the investigation of the case was complete when the accused was allowed to remain in jail, with no beneficial purpose. The law could not be extended. In favor of litigation and no bail should be denied because in the circumstances the bail was granted
