Article 44 (2) (a) (i) of the mandamus of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Authorization Act of 1974, the issuance of civil service by the State Azad Jammu and Kashmir Government had adopted the rule of equality through notification under which all the gazetteers of the Azad Kashmir government and There were non-Gazette employees. In relation to their salaries and privileges, the applicant equally demanded a writ of mandamus against the authorities for enforcing the aforesaid notification on the principle of parity petition through writ petition. I was told that the matter was related to its jurisdiction. Service Tribunal As it has dealt with the terms and conditions of service, the plea before the High Court was not admissible. The applicant had asked the management to process their notification in accordance with the law. Concerning the law of equality of law, to issue a directive to the High Court under section 44 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act, 1973, to serve them, but only in one direction I was able to sync and apply cases.
