SARDAR KHAN ALIAS DARA versus THE STATE
Sections 302, 324 and 353 of the Anti-Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), Section 7 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) occurred before the accused's house on several days to identify it. There was no animosity, complaint or enmity against the accused for wrongfully involving the irresponsible policemen in the case. The FIR attributed the specific role of the accused to the evidence, supporting the evidence of circumstances in the presence and recovery of blood from the medical evidence site. The ocular evidence was rightly convinced by the lower courts that the appeal for appeal was denied.
