MUHAMMAD AKRAM versus SELECTION COMMITTEE FOR ADMISSION IN FIRST YEARS M.B.B.S. BOLAN MEDICAL COLLEGE
Para 7 of the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council Regulations, 1979, Regulation 11 (3) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973) Articles 2A, 18, 22, 25, 37 and 199 of Paragraph 7 of the prospectus for admission to the Medical College of Bolan Medical College ? For the year 2000 2001, candidates allowed to enter the candidates with less than 60 marks were educated outside their districts as they were selected on the merits of the district and provincial quota candidates, when they were based outside the province's educational institutions. I did not know about the introduction of Para-7 in the prospectus of Bolan Medical College in the year 2000. Candidates were admitted on merit and were expected to get good grades. Candidates qualified on merit and they got higher marks than meritorious candidates but they were refused admission. The only reason to do that was to contest the candidates from the Bowen Medical College prospectus. The candidates who got less than 60% marks for the year 2000 2001 Constitution and Pakistan Medical and Dental Council Regulation 1979. And Dental's Regulation 11 required the least to enroll in medical college For Council Regulations, 1979 to 1979, the total number was ? 60%, while under paragraph 7 of the Prosecutor of the Bolan Medical College Year 2001 to 2001, 2001, students enrolled on a quota-based score of 90%. Gaya, the conditions envisaged under the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council Regulations, 11 of 1979, and Article 37 (c) of the Constitution did not conform to the qualifications of classifying other seats other than merit.
