Section 497 (2) of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), section 302/109/148/149 bail, no further investigation grant had any effective role in the cause of death of the deceased, both prosecution witnesses It was reported that they had heard that the murder of the victim had been planned. But the motives of the prosecution's story were not mentioned in their statements, as no explanation was given as to why the two prosecution witnesses remained mothers for a couple of days and they were not aware of the plot to murder the victim. Did not notify the complainant or the police this is a question of the crime of the required accused. Further investigation, accused's bail granted
