On the expiration of the physical remand of the accused remand for a period of seven days approved by the Section 6767 Penal Code of Conduct (XLV of 1860), section 302/148/149 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional application magistrate, the police Again applied for further remand, which was denied in review and the accused was sent to a Judicial Lockup Appellate Court in which the Investigation Officer applied for physical remand of the accused before the Area Magistrate despite the Appellate Court's permission. An order was issued to refuse to allow the investigation, the Investigation Officer did not request the same investigation of the case. I was given. Already completed, the Investigation Officer had no intention that the accused file an application for a new physical remand of the High Court which was not dismissed by a constitutional application.
