GHULAM MUSTAFA WASEEM THROUGH BASHIR AHMED versus STATE
Sections 466 and 497 of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 302 Assassination Bail, the accused accused of having a bipolar emotional disorder accused of having an irrational mind were fired due to a mini-dispute that led to his insanity. Because of the pin, he committed the crime, therefore, he was entitled to a bail exception. After investigating the accused at the request of the complainant's lawyer, he was referred to the Institute's Mental Health Institute's Medical Board. For the trial and the therapeutic consultation were advised, the medical report of the accused was signed by eight members of the Medical Board, including the Chairperson.
