Section 12 (2) and 18 (2) (b) of the Collector's Reference Reference was rejected after nine months before the award was filed based on the limitations of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, for which Three different types of ranges are provided. Submitting a referral to the collector; first, the referring person was in front of the collector at the announcement of the award within six weeks from the date of award. Secondly, if within six weeks after receipt of the notice, the landlord was presented a notice under section 12 (2) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and third, if the landlord was not present at the time of the announcement of the award or before the Collector If the landlord was not presented with a notice, the deadline for submission to the collector would be six months from the date the award was approved.
