MST. TARAJA BEGUM versus ZAINULLAH

Sections 3 and 4 of the Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitution Petition Trial Court Scope Meter confessed to the crime as the commission of a criminal act was disclosed in the complaint when the inquiry report took the matter to the trial court seriously.
