NISAR KHAN versus STATE

Section 497 (2) Control of Narcotic Substances (XXV of 1997), Section 9 (c) Possession of intoxicant bail, approval of further investigation in the FIR, and analysis of the nature of the substance being recovered. The report allegedly kidnapped. The Chemical Examiner's 5kg hash report states that the recovered substance is Charshat, thus finding out that it was allegedly banned from Charas, or otherwise investigating one of the cases. In which the accused was guaranteed with observation. In the present court, the High Court had a regular practice of allowing bail for a drug offense in view of the amount of drug (5kg) recovered.
