SALEHOON versus SULTAN AHMAD
The Special Relief Act 1877 Section 42 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 115 suit declaration for the plaintiff claimed that the suit area was surrounded by a possible keeper and was in use by the residents of the village suit, the defendant in the trial case. A statement was made before the Court of Appeal. The effect was that his suit had nothing to do with the land, nor was he in possession, nor did he have any intention of seizing the same appeal against the judgment of the court, and the appellate court decided the defendant's defendant. Was excluded on the basis of his statement. All claims in the land dispute dispute were dismissed, no trial of High Court interference in review
