The Punjab Pre-Emission Act 1913 was passed on 15 pre-termination Decree 19, 1978, which applies in the case of Sardar Ali, PLD 1988 SC 287, which was passed before 31st 1987. This order, however, shall be enforced on the basis of the pre-existing law, and all other proceedings relating thereto, and if it is decided and subject to the provisions of the Punjab Pre-emptive Act, 1913.
