The evidence presented was not at all contrary. Under oral and documentary documents by both the plaintiff / appellant, the appellate court discussed the documents and oral evidence presented by the plaintiff / defendant but failed to retain the evidence presented by the defendant / appellant. But the appellate court did not even consider a document submitted by defendant in its decision. / Depending on the evidence presented by the appellant and the respondents, the appellate court was under a legal obligation to consider the oral and documentary documents presented by the parties concerned, and then to present its findings. Decision and Appeal Court Approved Appointment On the one hand, the High Court and the CA on the second appeal were sent to the first appellate court to make the first decision in accordance with the law after hearing the parties.
