Constitution Pakistan 1973 Article 212 (3) Service Tribunals Act (LXX of 1973), Decision of Section 4 by the Service Tribunal Questioning the importance of the people, the service tribunal restored the government employee with the benefits of returning to employment but Refusing to reinstate a government employee where he was working at the time of termination of work because the aforementioned post was upgraded, the grant of sanction granted by this service tribunal along with the Supreme Court law. Equity was based on fair play and justice. The decision passed by the service tribunal did not find any illegal, irregular or misconstrued law, and the application was dismissed if the civil servant failed to raise any question about public importance.
