Civil Servants Act 1973 Section 8 Section 8 Seniority Fixation Past and Closed Deals, Principle of the Executing Seniority List after 15 years was added to the appeal to civil servants for the same batch of Appellant in the list made in the year. Was placed senior. 1979, while later on the list made in 1981, the appellant was named a junior appellant who did not object to the seniority list issued by the appellant from time to time. After a lapse of fifteen years, the issue has once again provoked the appellant's view that it would be wrong to continue publishing periodicals on seniority lists and each time giving rise to a new cause of action, hence this appeal. The service was incorrectly rejected. Just as the Tribunal banned the time where the Appellant did not raise any objection to the periodically issued seniority list, it would be deemed that the Appellant had published the revised seniority related to the case in 1981. The sanity assigned to them in the list is accepted. The seniority of the parties receiving the finality will be treated as a past and closed transaction and cannot be restored by the seniority in the current representation, after the expiry of approximately 15-15 years, nor will it depart. I was determined not to violate Section 8 of the Civil Servants Act, North West Frontier Province, 1973, nor was it in violation of any of the rules made under it, in fact, that the Appellant was acquitted in 1979.
