The sanity assigned to them in the list is accepted. The seniority of the parties receiving the finality will be treated as a past and closed transaction and cannot be restored by the seniority in the current representation, after the expiry of approximately 15-15 years, nor will it depart. I was determined not to violate Section 8 of the Civil Servants Act, North West Frontier Province, 1973, nor was it in violation of any of the rules made under it, in fact, that the Appellant was acquitted in 1979.
