Section 417 (1) of the Explosives Act (v. 1908), Section 3 Anti-Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), appeal against section 7 acquittal was not referred to the prosecution by any of the cases. Nor were the findings of the case filed by the court termed as perverse, irrational, irrelevant, and contrary to the law and the facts, the High Court dismissed the appeal within the limits.
