Police Rules 1934 8 13 1 Departmental Examinations A public servant who was a police constable, after passing the preliminary examination for selection grade under the 8 13 1 of Police Rules, 1934, was placed on the Promotion List for admission to a Government Employee List. I appeared in BI, but it was shown to be unsuccessful by a civil servant who alleged that he had actually passed the exam, but some interested persons misrepresented the record / result sheet on one of the papers. And the numbers obtained in the said paper were excluded and they were sent to the Departmental Examination Authority. Um revealed that the paper authority mentioned above was obliged to obtain the records properly, especially when a public servant successfully disagreed with his name in the list of candidates. Failure to present the relevant record, negative views against it may be legally drawn and the public servant was declared in favor of the public servant entitled to enroll in List BI.
